Our Basic Assessment is ideal for tracking body fat distribution and overall physique changes before and after training interventions. With repeated follow-ups over time, we can effectively monitor progress towards achieving both performance and health-related goals.
In the basic assessment, we’ll measure your height, weight, 4 skinfolds, girths, and bone breadths. This takes around 20 minutes, and you’ll get a detailed report explaining how your results relate to your sport performance or health goals.

ADVANCED
Our Advanced Assessment uses the premium technology of the Evolt 360 Body Composition Scanner. With a 60 second scan it provides detailed insights into an individual's body metrics. It uses bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) technology, which sends low electrical currents through the body to measure and analyze body composition. It provides more data that can be used to establish benchmarks and create goals with more accuracy.

POSTURE & BALANCE
Your stability and balance are essential for maintaining control, accuracy, and precision in both everyday movements and sporting activities. After completing your balance assessment, we will give you a detailed report that explains your balance results and offers tailored recommendations to enhance your stability and balance for daily life as well as athletic performance.

MOVEMENT
Your mobility and flexibility are vital for preventing injuries and ensuring long-term success in sports. By conducting a postural and movement competency screening, we can pinpoint any movement inefficiencies and muscular imbalances you may have. This helps us provide tailored advice to improve your overall performance and reduce the risk of injury during physical activities.

COMBO

DYNAMIC
Dynamic strength is crucial for athletic performance across all sports. We will evaluate your dynamic strength abilities using various functional movements and weightlifting exercises. The assessment consists of two maximum strength tests (for upper and lower body) and three strength endurance tests (push-ups, pull-ups, and core exercises). This comprehensive assessment will provide a complete picture of your dynamic strength qualities. The evaluation will take one hour, after which you will receive a report that interprets your results.

ISOMETRIC
Lower body strength is essential for athletic performance in various sports. By utilizing a force plate, we can deliver a thorough evaluation of your isometric strength abilities. The assessment will feature an isometric mid-thigh pull, allowing us to gauge your rate of force development as well as peak and mean force capabilities. This assessment will last 30 minutes, after which you will receive a report detailing your results.

COMPLETE PACKAGE
Our complete package saves you time and money. With the complete overview of your isometric and dynamic strength capabilities. The full assessment will take 2 ½ hours to complete. You will be given a full report detailing your areas of weakness and recommendations to help strengthen these areas.

PRACTICAL POWER
By utilizing vertical jump tests and plyometric push-ups, we can accurately measure your jump and push-up heights. These measurements, when adjusted for your body weight, allow us to predict your maximum force and velocity capabilities. This process delivers a practical and scientific assessment of your ballistic qualities in both the upper and lower body, helping you understand your performance potential.

POWER PROFILE
Using a force plate and linear position transducer, with this we can deliver a comprehensive evaluation of your power qualities. The assessment involves various tailored tests for both lower and upper body strength, incorporating jumping and throwing activities with weights suited to your body type and sport. From these evaluations, we measure your maximum force, peak power, and maximum velocity capabilities. This information is valuable for monitoring your training progress and identifying your strengths and weaknesses. The assessment lasts one hour, and you will receive a detailed report interpreting your results.

SPEED PROFILE (TIMING LIGHTS)
Speed is a critical attribute that often distinguishes elite athletes from non-elite competitors. With our advanced timing light technology, we can precisely measure your sprint times across distances ranging from 5 to 40 meters.

SPEED & AGILITY
In addition to straight-line speed, an athlete's capacity to change directions rapidly is vital, especially in team sports where evading defenders and effectively covering opponents is essential. Our ‘Speed for Sport’ assessment includes not only a sprint test but also a sport-specific change-of-direction evaluation. This comprehensive approach ensures that athletes are well-equipped for the demands of their sport, enhancing both performance and tactical awareness.

SPEED PLUS (RADAR)
By employing radar technology and advanced diagnostic techniques, we can accurately assess your maximum sprinting speed (in km/h), maximum horizontal force, and maximum horizontal velocity. This comprehensive evaluation not only highlights your sprinting capabilities but also offers critical insights that can guide and enhance your sprint training. With this detailed understanding, you can tailor your training regimen to focus on specific areas for improvement, optimizing your performance in competitive settings.

SPRINT KINETICS
Imbalances in dynamic leg strength may increase the likelihood of injury. A baseline analysis of individual kinetics and kinematics during maximal and sub-maximal sprinting on a non-motorised force treadmill will help pinpoint any imbalances that may lead to pre- or in-season injuries. The subsequent analysis and report includes the determination of individual strength and power profiles during sprinting, along with individual deficits and leg asymmetries in biomechanical variables during sprinting. The sprint assessment takes 30 minutes.

AEROBIC TEST
Aerobic fitness tests measure your body’s ability to use oxygen efficiently during exercise, which is crucial for improving endurance, heart health, and overall fitness. If you want to gain valuable insight into your current fitness level, allowing us to personalize your workouts for better results. Whether you're looking to improve your stamina, lose weight, or enhance your overall health, these tests ensure you're training at the right intensity, helping you achieve your goals more effectively and safely.

LACTATE THRESHOLD
The lactate threshold is a reliable predictor of endurance performance and is highly responsive to targeted training. By assessing this threshold, we can tailor an athlete's training zones, ensuring optimal intensity for maximum performance gains. These zones are derived from heart rate and blood lactate levels, allowing for a personalized approach to training. Regular testing enables us to track the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary. Based on your lactate threshold, we prescribe five aerobic-based training zones, along with specific session examples to guide your workouts.

SUB-MAXIMAL (V02 )
Submaximal VO2 testing is a great way to measure how efficiently your body uses oxygen during physical activity. This test provides a clear picture of your aerobic fitness level without pushing you to your absolute limit, making it safer and more accessible. The Combined Performance Assessment is our most comprehensive service for endurance athletes. By identifying imbalances, weaknesses, or mobility issues, it helps prevent injuries and optimize performance. Whether you're training for sports or just aiming to move better in everyday life, this screening reveals areas to improve so you can build a strong foundation for more advanced exercises.

ADVANCED
Our Advanced package uses the technology of Vald Performance. The HumanTrak system is a markerless 3D movement analysis tool that captures and analyzes motion with high precision, offering detailed insights that are often beyond the capacity of the human eye.
